"Just had our first break with Highland Heritage.Our courier John Reilly was a star, very knowledgable and very pleasant. The Royal hotel was fantastic, Lovely rooms and lovely public areas. Alex and his staff were brilliant. The food was superb. The Highland concert with the piping in of the Haggis was a superb touch. All the little extra touches such as the red carpet when we arrived, Alex in his kilt the flame torches along the driveway made this like a 5+ star holiday."

“We went on a Highland Heritage holiday in mid October, and were based at the Ben Doran. What a magical setting in the foothills of the highlands. The staff were very attentive, the hotel was spotless, with entertainment every night. The room was beautiful, and the views tremendous. Apart from all this, daily tours to different Scottish locations through breathtaking scenery made this stay very special. The menus in the hotel change daily, with choices of superb food' which makes a huge change from the normal fare on tours.

“Many thanks to the staff at the Ben Doran Hotel & our Driver John for an absolutely fantastic holiday. Thanks to John and our relief driver, Bill, their knowledge of the places we visited on our tours was brilliant. The food & entertainment along with the tours was 100% perfect. Could not fault a thing. We made some wonderful friends from Barsnley whilst there and are keeping in touch with them.

“I have just had a 5 day holiday at the Ben Doran Hotel with my friends June Pallister and Jo Robinson and we had a wonderful holiday. We were looked after from getting on the bus at Middlesbrough by our coach driver Graham, when we arrived at the hotel the manager and staff were there to greet us.The hotel staff, bedrooms, food, entertainment,coach tours and drivers were excellent and could not be faulted. June and I will see you all again in December and we cannot wait.” M. Cooper

“We've just come back from a 5day tour with you must be about 5th or 6th now we stayed at Ben Doran this time. had a great time as usual Graham our driver was brill always pleasant polite & friendly & as I'm disabled he was always there to help me on & off the coach. we missed the torch going through Tyndrum as we decided to go on the trip to Fort William & Mallig. we've been to fort William before but never to Mallaig so glad we did I fell in love with Mallig so peaceful there. & the Royal yacht well what can I say. “Just got back from the Dalmally hotel we have enjoyed the 6 days and look forward to another. Great manager and staff couldn't do enough for you always cheerful. Hotel room so comfortable clean towels every day and so clean. Our driver was superb despite the difficulty of extreme traffic congestion on the way home he remained cheerful, very knowledgeable on the tours and helpful. The weather helped only rained on Thursday afternoon. Thank you all for making my first coach holiday a very memorable one. See you all next time.”  Ken Keil
